Is the work remote?
Yes, fully remote. The team works across European time zones.
What exactly does Halden do?
We help independent influencers grow their audience and earn from it: short-video distribution on Instagram, landing pages and link flows, and sales through chats on subscription platforms.
What kind of content do the influencers make?
They sell access to exclusive content on subscription platforms. We go through the niche in detail on the first call, before you spend any time on a trial.
Do I need experience in this niche?
Not always. For most roles we care more about results you can show in sales, marketing or tech. Each role page lists what matters.
How is pay structured?
Fixed monthly pay plus a bonus tied to results you can influence. We discuss numbers on the final call, once both sides understand the role.
What does the trial period look like?
Goals are agreed upfront. For Head of Chat Conversion it's six weeks with a checkpoint on day 21.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply to every application within a few working days.
Will you ask me for money or documents?
Never for money. We don't ask for passwords, card details or ID before an offer, and we only write from @halden.company addresses.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, at the offer stage. Our work involves influencers' private data, so confidentiality is part of every contract.
Can I apply for more than one role?
