Who we are
Halden is a trading name. The company that operates Halden and controls your data is named in every contract we sign, and we share its details on request at legal@halden.company.
What we collect
The details you send in the form: your name, email, Telegram username, the role you're applying for, the links you share and your message. We also keep the date you applied and notes from our calls with you.
Why we use it
To assess your application, contact you and run the hiring process. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
Who sees it
Only the people involved in hiring at Halden. Service providers for hosting, email and messaging process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after hiring for the role ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you join us, it moves to your personnel file.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to legal@halden.company. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
