Chat Team Lead
Lead a small in-house chat team on one influencer's account and beat the benchmark set by an outside agency.
What you'll do
- Run shifts, quality and targets for your team
- Review chats daily and coach on the spot
- Track sales per chat manager and per shift
- Share what works with the other team leads
You'll fit if
- A year or more leading a chat or sales team
- Strong written English
- Calm with targets, direct with feedback
How we judge the work
Sales on your account compared with the agency benchmark.
You'll work with influencers on subscription platforms. We go through the niche, the numbers and the NDA on the first call.
