Lead Developer
Take ownership of our in-house software: audience and targeting tools, traffic routing and tracking, funnel analytics and the automations around them. You'll be our most senior engineer and own the stack end to end.
What you'll do
- Own the codebase, deployments and access, and keep them reliable
- Ship features for traffic tracking, funnel analytics and team payouts
- Build and maintain the data collection and targeting tools behind our growth
- Set up monitoring and alerts so problems surface before anyone notices them
- Grow a small engineering team as the scope expands
You'll fit if
- Five or more years shipping production backends in Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on with automation, data pipelines and third-party APIs
- You write things down: docs, decisions, runbooks
- You'd rather own outcomes than close tickets
How we judge the work
Monthly goals we set together on the first of each month, with a bonus for hitting them.
We'll show you the codebase and the roadmap on the founder call.
