What you'll do
- Sell in the chats yourself every day and set the standard for the team
- Write and test scripts, offers and follow-ups, and keep only what lifts conversion
- Coach the chat team through reviews of real conversations
- Shape how we use AI-assisted chat tools and what they should do better
- Report conversion every week with the reasoning behind each change
You'll fit if
- You've sold in chat at volume and can show your numbers
- Your written English is close to native
- You'd rather work inside the chats than manage from a dashboard
- You treat every objection as data
How we judge the work
A six-week trial with a checkpoint on day 21. We judge it on conversion and nothing else.
You'll work with influencers on subscription platforms. We go through the niche, the numbers and the NDA on the first call.
